In another episode of: I am trying to use food I already have + make it filling and delicious + plus just mixing things together and hoping it works, I bring you today’s lunch that is packed with protein.

In the bowl is:
1 can chicken breast drained
1 can chickpeas rinsed and strained
Pickle relish (measured with my heart)
Hellman’s Mayonnaise chipotle mayo dressing (measured with my heart)
– mix together
Paired that with Stacy’s Pita Chips Parmesan garlic and herb
+ a Cutie clementine & cubed habanero jalapeño cheese from Williams Farm Store & Market
SOOOO good. So filling. Will make again.
